ps: I can recommend combining Leros and Samos in one holiday. The islands are only 2 hours apart (by fast boat, while it's a lovely 6-hour trip on the slow boat) and are distinctly different. Both islands have airports and aren't too difficult to reach from abroad. I'd be happy to provide you with any information you need.

Leros - Island house with sea view

My house on Leros is situated in a village full of charm, Platanos, in a quiet corner. The balcony provides you with a lovely sea view. Beaches, taverns and shops are all at walking distance. The house has all the amenities you need, including a washing machine and good internet access. Very suitable for a couple, a small family or a solo traveller.

Samos - Village house plus garden house

My house with garden house in the colourful village of Ano-Vathy has had guests since Spring 2009. In 2015, I restored the house and enlarged it, turning it into a comfortable place for up to 6 persons. In 2009 I bought a piece of adjacent land, and built a great deck on it which boasts a beautiful sunset sea view (see photo above)!

The house is situated on a quiet spot in the middle of a traditional village. It's also at a perfect location for those who love hiking: right behind the house, the lush hills of Samos invite you for some wonderful walks. You can find a baker, a playground and a handful of taverns and shops close by in the village, at a few hundred metres from the house. Samos-Town is at a 20-minute downhill walking distance.

Samos - a beauty of a house in Paleokastro

This house has been completely redesigned and renovated recently. It will guarantee you a comfy and quiet stay in the authentic village of Paleokastro, in a green oasis only a few kilometres away from half a dozen of great beaches. The house is ideal for a couple or a family with 1 or 2 children. Paleokastro boasts two amospheric squares and the very best taverna of Samos, at only 100m from the house.
